TEAM MEMBERSHIP
How much does SBDT membership cost?
Team dues are $40 and membership is good for one academic year, and must be paid before you receive any monetary benefits of team membership. The team dues cover the benefits such as entrance to collegiate competitions (the average team member enters 3 competitions a year, which would total up $60 per person), discounts for SBDT classes, access to team costumes, team handbook, and travel to competitions in locations such as Las Vegas and San Diego. Please contact our registrar, if you have any concerns.
If anyone can take classes, why should I join the team?
There are many benefits available only to team members. These include:
- Weekly Team Practice workshops taught by advanced team members and top professional dancers.
- One-on-One coaching with veteran Team members.
- Opportunities for subsidized lessons with the top professionals in the Bay Area.
- Competition expenses are paid for.
